Changing Patterns

We often attribute our downsides to our personality – stating that’s just what we’re like or that we’ve always been that way. But, personality isn’t permanent. Alongside our behaviour, it is just a system of learned patterns, just like any other habit. If you can recognise and reshape the patterns that are holding you prisoner to internal and external triggers, you can part with them or replace them with better and more helpful ones.
